I love using Flex Heads.  Every time I'm out golfing I recommend them to whoever I'm with.  They help with consistency for ball height when driving regardless if I'm using a driver or a wedge (I have the multi-height pack).  I've had the same set for a year or two so they are very durable and long lasting.  The color selection also helps with finding them if they fly out of the ground while driving.
